How to evaluate a case

A useful case connects the product to the trial condition.

Capacity or cavity count alone does not prove whether a mould fits another project. Buyers should compare the product geometry, resin, part weight, wall thickness, machine, cooling, robot timing and acceptance result before using a case as a technical reference.

Compare capacity, round or rectangular geometry, rim, lid, label area, wall thickness and stacking requirement.

Check the stated cavities, cycle, machine tonnage and automation condition instead of treating the video speed as a universal promise.

How should a buyer use these mould cases?

Use each case as a reference for product type, cavity count, cycle condition and machine matching, then compare those details with your own drawing, resin, target output and acceptance standard.

Can a case video guarantee the same cycle time for a new mould?

No. A recorded cycle belongs to the stated product, machine, resin, wall thickness and automation condition. A new mould needs its own filling, cooling, ejection and trial validation before a practical cycle target is confirmed.

What information should be sent when asking about a similar case?

Send the product drawing or sample, capacity, wall thickness target, resin, cavity requirement, machine model, robot or IML plan, lid fit requirement and the evidence you need before shipment.

Can Hengqi adapt one case into a different container or cup project?

Yes. Several projects combine features from different references, such as IML labels, tamper-evident buckles, matching lids or fast-cycle thin-wall containers. Hengqi reviews the final structure from the buyer's actual product data.
